What do you do with a bag of old tennis balls you find in your garage while doing your Spring Cleaning?
Well.....Just take a look!!! First: Brush off the tennis balls a bit ...
Second: Pull out your hot glue gun and a spool of twine .... and start wrapping.
Second: Pull out your hot glue gun and a spool of twine .... and start wrapping.
Glue as you wrap, making sure that each row of the twine is placed closely to the row glued before it. This insures that the twine covers the bright color of the ball :-)
Third: Tear some fabric in to 1 inch wide strips .... and again ... start wrapping. Use very little glue ... just enough to hold the ends in place. Don't wrap fabric strips around the ball like you did with twine - wrap in an "asterisk" pattern - (look closely at the picture to see how the completed wrapping looks different.)This project was so-s00 easy ... I had all the supplies on hand, (Tennis Balls, Twine, Fabric and Glue Gun) and it took very little time from start to finish!!
